interactive and video production experience to his role as Creative Director, creating innovative
campaigns for a wide range of clients including Events DC, SHRM, The Mid Atlantic Sports
Network, the United Service Organizations (USO), The Wireless Association (CTIA) , the
UNICEF Tap Project, Save Darfur, and the Law School Admissions Council. Prior to founding
Buena, Tien most recently worked at Bravery Corporation, RP3 Agency and GMMB, where he
successfully unified creative teams and completed projects ranging from strategic and creative
concepts to development and implementation. Jeff's creative strength is in refreshing a stagnant
brand or ideating unique digital ways for a client to interact with their audience through design
and user experience methodology. The work includes brand strategy, design, websites,
wireframes, user interface, social media, integrated marketing campaigns, HTML e-mails,
storyboarding, widgets, motion graphics, animation and illustration.
Tien earned an M.A. in Multimedia Design from Elisava University in Barcelona, Spain.
Simon also led the digital content team for ABC7/WJLA, overseeing content on their website, apps and social media platforms in one of the top 10 television markets in the country.
