How do we re-brand and re-position a global fiber optics company that is growing beyond its roots of fiber optics cable solutions to a broad range of enterprise and consumer communications solutions. We want to show our innovative technical expertise but without confusing clients about what we do.
We looked at a variety of goals, but mostly wanted to convey a strong sense of human connection created through Opterna’s vast array of technology solutions. We decided to position Opterna as a thought leader and innovative hub for technological solutions all over the world. From their smart elderly health centers to their internet of things networks we wanted to show how far Opterna was leveraging their brilliant engineers to create better living situations and less barriers for human interaction.
We started with a logo and brand audit, leading to a 360 brand strategy recommendation including refreshed branding, positioning statements, company mantra, website design, packaging, and print ads.
Opterna is in the process of rolling out the refreshed brand identity through its materials and has been gaining widespread positive feedback opening up further business channels and opportunities for growth.
We focused on the elements of communications and fiber optics that brings people from all over the world together at Life Speed. The colors were chosen to display warmth, connection, intelligence, and hopeful energy.
